Kinderheldin (online yoga course)
The prenatal yoga course offered by Kemoy via Kinderheldin takes place live online once a week. And if you can’t attend live, the recordings will be available for 7 days.
Kinderheldin offers a membership that gives you access to more than 50 live courses from midwives & experts and video courses for your pregnancy. Furthermore you can contact midwives directly. You can test it for free for 7 days. After that, a membership costs €39 per month. German public health insurances often cover a part of the fees.
Familiengesundheitszentrum Frankfurt
The Familiengesundheitszentrum in Frankfurt offers an English pregnancy yoga course that can be attended in-person or online via Zoom.
Get stronger, feel lighter and breathe more easily in your changing body and mind! This Pregnancy Yoga Class in English offers dynamic hatha elements and helpful breathing techniques to nourish and empower you all through pregnancy and beyond.
