Prenatal Yoga can be a nice way to connect with your body and your baby during pregnancy, as well as prepare yourself for giving birth.
When certified by health insurance, pregnancy yoga courses can even be covered by public health insurance. You can search the database of your health insurance provider to find them, though likely you will only find them taught in German.
If you prefer English, we found the following two prenatal yoga classes held in English in Düsseldorf (which are not (fully) covered by health insurance).

Hebammenpraxis 37: 7- or 8-week course
Hebammenpraxis 37 offers prenatal yoga classes that are usually taught in German, but they can assist and teach in English as well. So don't hesitate to ask for translations whenever you need them. They also offer personal training sessions (together with your partner). Contact them as early as possible. Find out more.
