Online Postnatal Yoga & Exercise Classes in English

After having a baby in Germany, many new mothers take a so-called "Rückbildungskurs" – a postnatal recovery and exercise class, which can be paid for by your public health insurance.

Familiengesundheitszentrum Frankfurt

The Familiengesundheitszentrum in Frankfurt offers a wide range of services and courses related to birth and life as a family. This also includes English postnatal yoga courses that you can attend online via Zoom. 

Register by email to the course leader Lisa Dempsey: [email protected]. The fee for each course is €145. You can ask your insurance if this will be covered.
