"Expecting you…“ is a woodworking workshop designed for expecting mothers and fathers.
Over the course of 1,5 hours, we will craft a small talisman for your unborn baby using reclaimed wood. We will create small wooden Tumi Ishi stones (similar to those in the images) with intricate engravings that hold special significance for the expectant parents.
Your instructor, Anna-Liisa, is an experienced woodworker who will guide you through every step of the process.
In this special and nurturing environment, you will have the opportunity to create a unique and meaningful keepsake for your child. The workshop not only provides a chance to learn woodworking skills but also offers a wonderful bonding experience for you as expectant parents.
You will learn how to work with wood, shaping and crafting it into a personalized memento. Your instructor will provide valuable tips and techniques to help you bring out the best in your project.
Whether you have prior experience with woodworking or not, this workshop is suitable for everyone. No previous knowledge is required, as your instructor will compassionately and patiently support you throughout the entire process.
