Mum and Baby Yoga (Up to 18 Months) Starting on October 1st! Join for a special Mum and Baby Yoga class every Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00, designed specifically for mums with babies up to 18 months.
This weekly session combines the dynamic flow of Ashtanga yoga with focused exercises to enhance pelvic floor awareness and overall body strength. Led by our experienced yoga teacher, who is also a certified pelvic floor muscle trainer, this class offers a supportive and welcoming environment where you can bond with your baby while taking care of your body.
The session will guide you through a series of gentle Ashtanga poses and movements tailored to postnatal recovery and strengthening, with special attention to the pelvic floor muscles. Whether you are new to yoga or have prior experience, this class caters to all levels. It's a great opportunity to reconnect with your body, improve posture, and increase strength and flexibility while engaging with your baby in a playful and relaxed atmosphere.
