Our partner and Kietzee Guide, doula Marta Palombo is offering a Birth and Confidence Workshop foe expecting parents on Saturday, 18 May.

Our 2.5-hour in-person workshop will help you prepare for birth and focus on three main topics:

• Facing Fear (both for people who will give birth and for those who accompany them)

• Finding Trust (how to accept birth as an involuntary act)

• Building Confidence (how to make the best of the things that we can control)

There will be work in small groups, sharing in the larger group, and guided exercises for practice.

The workshop will be run with a minimum of 3 couples and a maximum of 8 couples.

Participation is €39 per pregnant person or couple.
