If you want to give birth outside of a hospital, you can consider a home birth or a birthing center (Geburtshaus).

They take pregnant people living in Hellersdorf, Marzahn, Biesdorf, Kaulsdorf, Mahlsdorf, Friedrichshain, Lichtenberg, Mitte, Köpenick and Märkisch-Oderland.
They do in-person information sessions every second Wednesday of the month at 18:30 (no registration required)
They have some information videos in English
