Hi there, my name ist Romy,
I am a yoga teacher, aromatherapist, health coach and biologist.
I have been teaching yoga since 2023 and the work has led me to work closely with new-moms and to support them with yoga both during pregnancy and after birth.
I teach weekly prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, which I absolutely love. I love to bring them into relaxation and confidence in their own abilities.
Yoga is a wonderful tool to find peace and strength during pregnancy, yoga helps you to feel your body, be aware of your breathing and connect with yourself and your growing baby.
As an aromatherapist, I like to integrate essential oils into my practice as they can provide additional balance and relaxation. Essential oils can also provide you with wonderful benefits both before and after the birth, and I will be happy to advise you on this.
It is very important to me that everyone feels comfortable in my practice.
My aim is for you to find new energy, strength and connection from the tranquillity of the practice, be it with yoga, relaxation or meditation.
