Hi, I'm Diana, born 1984 and raised in Romania in a small village I grew up surrounded by nature.
I learned about pelvic steaming and plants from my grandmother, she used it succesfully to treat my one and only UTI when I was 16, shortly after arriving in Germany.
Until 2020 I suffered from painful menstruations and recurrent vaginal infections. I tried steaming also for that, but I was doing it wrong, since it was worsening my infections. It was only when I learned from Keli Garza aka steamychick how to steam according to a plan: how often, how long, which herbs, that I managed to resolve those issues and so much more what the warm steam had released.
And so I deepened my steam knowledge learning how to use steaming for specific areas, working since 2020 with clients e.g. trying to conceive, preparing for labor, during or after a pregnancy loss and as a postpartum support. I was not surprised to find out, that postnatal steaming is THE most common and universal use worldwide for postpartum recovery, in Germany, Switzerland and Austria known and applied by midwifes as Heublumen(dampf)bad: A warm hug from within is what it is, which feels good and is much needed especially during those life phases.
Each time I get a message or feedback from a client experiencing the gentle power of the steam, that right there is my motivation, my purpose, my mission.
I can't wait to know your story and support you with my wisdom and knowledge using Steaming and Ayurveda. I am honored to work with you.
